Product Liability

The area of personal injury law involving products which are defective is product liability.  Manufacturers and suppliers of products which cause injury are liable for the defects in these products.

A product is considered defective if it has a defect in its design, manufacture or marketing that is dangerous and causes injury as a result.  When there have been improper warnings about the product, or when the product was released to the public not quite having met safety standards, can cause injury.

From cars, to machinery used at the workplace, to children's toys, harm can come if the product is defective in any way. If you or a loved one has been injured by a defective product, contact the Law Offices of Goldstein & Handwerker, LLP today.
